DUCT CLEANING THAT REALLY WORKS:
CLEAN THE GRILLS: All grills are removed and hand cleaned. They are also sprayed with a mild acid based fungistat which destroys mold spores.
DUCT CLEANING --
ROTOBRUSH: The Rotobrush (pictured above) is inserted into each air duct, supply and return, it breaks up any deposits, and vacuums the deposits through HEPA filters into a disposable container bag. The trunk lines are also cleaned either by access throught the supply and return plenums or in the attic depending on accessability. The powerful Rotobrush easily cleans all types of air duct construction including flex duct, round metal ducts, square metal ducts and fiberboard. The flexible hose and bristles of the Rotobrush can navigate ductwork including multiple bends, right angle turns, and reducers found in most types of duct systems.
NEGATIVE AIR TECHNIQUE: When more serious pollutant removal is neccessary a suction machine is attached to the air handler creating a tremendous suction in each duct. The machine "sucks" all pollutants outdoors thus keeping your indoors clean. The Rotobrush, compressed air agitator, or sonic device are then applied to each duct thus breaking up any debris in the ducts.

The Mold and Mildew Remediation Concentrate is a one step disinfectant that is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria and kills mold and mildew. This is a no rinse disinfectant cleaner that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes in one labor saving step. It is EPA registered and USDA approved and does not require the occupants to vacate the home during treatment. It's concentrated formula delivers superior performance and a lower end-use cost. Moisture from floods, broken pipes, or even uncontrolled humidity can result in mold contaminated indoor spaces. Mold and Mildew Remediation Concentrate can be used to disinfect surfaces encountered in every phase of mold remediation.

TREATMENT APPLIED TO INSIDE AC DUCTS TO INHIBIT MOLD/MILDEW GROWTH
Use of conventional sanitizers or disinfectants in air ducts may cause greater harm to building occupants than the mold and microorganisms they are designed to treat. MicroBiocide for Air Ducts is especially formulated, EPA registered and USDA approved to control and inhibit the growth of active microorganisms in all kinds of ducts and HVAC components including:

After completion of the cleaning, mold/mildew remediation, and inhibitor an odor remover/air freshener is injected into the return duct of the AC system and dissipated throughout the home.

FULLY USE YOUR FILTER: Surface clean the inside and seal the outside of the Air Handler. The last step is done to insure that the AC system does not take in any more pollutants through cracks and openings in the air handler bypassing the filter. This is part of the process to inhibit future mold/mildew growth and dust build up in the home.

CLEAR THE AIR (optional): The EPA states that the indoor air can be as much as 10 times more polluted as outdoor air. So why recycle it into newly cleaned ducts? After the ducts are cleaned, a unit called an Air Scrubber is placed in the home which will filter all the air in a 2,000 sq. ft. home in 34 minutes. The unit can filter out 95% of particles .3 microns or larger in size. This includes pollen, dirt, dust mite remains, mold spores, and some bacteria.
